Today at Disneyland: Thanksgiving Eve

We began the long Thanksgiving weekend today by spending a few very enjoyable hours at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

It was initially a gray morning, but that didn't dim the beauty of the tree at Town Square:

Festive decorations around the Marc and Alice Davis tribute windows on Main Street:

The lamps gave Main Street a cozy feel while it was overcast early this morning.

The setting of CINDERELLA, as seen on the Storybook Land Canal ride. The village houses are decorated for Christmas (click to enlarge):

By the time we arrived in California Adventure around midday, the sun had come out of hiding:

The beautiful room where Santa greets children in the Elias & Co. department store on Buena Vista Street:

A typical November day in Hollywood Land, with sunshine and palm trees, plus a touch of seasonal decor on the lamp posts:

Happy Thanksgiving!
