Last Weekend at Disney California Adventure: Christmas in Cars Land

Last weekend we enjoyed the first-ever Christmas decorations at California Adventure's new Buena Vista Street, as shared in Sunday's post.

The new Cars Land area also has a very elaborate decorating scheme; what a pleasure, given that Christmas in years past has received but a token nod in this park.

Festive decor at the entrance to Radiator Springs:



The overall effect looking down Route 66 is a real "wow":

The Cozy Cone has its own very original decorating style...there's even a gingerbread house made out of cones in the motel lobby:
